Customer Service: We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If, in any way, you are not satisfied with our products, please notify us by phone or email. We will do our best to provide you with the best body products possible. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.

Shipping Policy: Presently all orders are shipped from our facility within 48 hours of ordering. Any exceptions will be communicated to the customer through email or phone.

Sales Tax: All North Carolina customers will be charged a 7% sales tax (4.5 state, 2.5 local).

Return/Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the our products, they cannot be returned. Re-shipments, store credits or refunds will be issued in lieu of product returns. All credits will be issued within 7 business days of the refund.

Payment Processing Policy: The 15 Acre Wood accepts checks, money orders or 'online' payments. The 15 Acre Wood accepts credit cards and 'e-checks' through the online payment processing service 'PayPal'. You can use your accepted credit card without a PayPal account (e-Check does require a PayPal account).
